Fast Delivery: About 5-15 working days from dispatch. As a general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time. Processing time typically ranges from 24 hours to 2 business days. Processing time includes receiving your order, transmitting the information to the appropriate warehouse, and packing the item for shipping. After processing is complete and shipping begins, shipping time is the shipping transit time from the warehouse to your shipping address. Additional delays may occur during the months of September - March due to the high demand and heavy load on postal services and customs. Therefore, the items might be received after Christmas Day if your order is placed on 12/09, thank you for your understanding. Cancel the Orders: If you want to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. 25% cancellation fee applies. Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. Return & Exchange the Orders: In the unlikely event of manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer. If you are not satisfied with your orders, you reserve the rights to accept a return or an exchange. To return or exchange an item, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding 25% re-stocking/processing fee and US$30 return fee. All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.
